PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor or the like which comprises a plurality of control units and correctly transmits data to an external device by properly executing arbitration processing in a case where a part of the control units is turned into an idle state (power-saving state).SOLUTION: An information processor comprises a first CPU, a second CPU, a first memory provided inside a semiconductor chip on which the first CPU and the second CPU are loaded, and a second memory provided outside the semiconductor chip. In a case where the first CPU is in the first state, and the second CPU and the second memory are in the second state different from the first state, when an event in which data should be transmitted from the first memory to the second memory occurs, the first CPU executes arbitration processing in accordance with the type of the event that has occurred. |
