PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passenger conveyor device capable of preventing falling of a body frame due to interlayer deformation without requiring change in inter-beam dimension of a building structure.SOLUTION: A passenger conveyor device 1 includes: a body frame 4 having an upper horizontal section 4a which is installed between an upper floor 2 and a lower floor 3 of a building structure and is continuous to the upper floor 2, a lower horizontal section 4b which is continuous to the lower floor 3, and an inclined section 4c formed between the upper horizontal section 4a and the lower horizontal section 4b; and body frame side receiving beams 9 and 11 which are provided at both terminal sections of the body frame 4 and are supported by building side receiving beams 10 and 12 of the building structure. In the passenger conveyer device 1, the upper section horizontal section 4a, for example, includes a compression region 13 which is made to have lower rigidity than other regions in the body frame 4 and can be more preferentially compressed than the other regions in the body frame 4 by compressive force acting in the longitudinal direction of the body frame 4. The body frame side receiving beam 9 includes an extension member 14 extending a locking margin with the building side receiving beam 10. |
