PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane filter which can be made to have large size, has sufficient intensity for being used as a filter, and is based on a thin film having thickness of nanometer order.SOLUTION: A membrane filter is formed by laminating: a thin film whose film thickness is 1-1000 nm; and a support film being a porous film whose film thickness is 1-1000 μm, having plural pores penetrating in a thickness direction and being formed by exposing and developing a photosensitive composition film formed of a photosensitive composition. |
