PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform a connection of three-dimensional data.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional data connection method of connecting a plurality of three-dimensional data to be acquired for a measurement object includes: displaying a live view image of the measurement object; displaying one part of an image of the measurement object to be photographed upon acquiring first three-dimensional data so as to overlap with the live view image as an overlay image; changing a display state of the overlay image; and connecting second three-dimensional data on the measurement object having a part overlapping with the first three-dimensional data and corresponding to the live view image to the first three-dimensional data.
