PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a fixing device comprising a film, a heater, and a rotation member, and forming a nip part by the heater with the rotation member via the film, when a heat conduction member is provided between the heater and a support member having a crown shape part for supporting the heater, for example, when a recording material of small size is transported by the nip part, a non-sheet feeding part of the nip part has smaller pressure than a sheet-feeding part, and on the non-sheet feeding part, contact heat resistance between the heater and a metal plate, becomes larger, and as the result, a suppression effect of the temperature rise on the non-sheet feeding part by the heat conduction member becomes smaller.SOLUTION: A crown amount of a crown shape part of a support member is smaller on an upstream side than on a downstream side of a transport direction of the recording material. |
