The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of black bean sauce stuffed derma and black bean sauce stuffed derma manufactured by the method, which comprises the steps of: (a) preparing stuffed derma filling by mixing black bean sauce powder, sugar, oyster sauce, rice, meat, ox blood, garlic, ginger, soybean, corn, carrot, leak, and onion; and (b) filling the stuffed derma filling in step (a) inside the stuffed derma. |
