The invention relates to a metal receptacle for microwave ovens, the receptacle comprising an integrally moulded body which in turn comprises: a base enabling the receptacle to rest on a surface; and a wall divided into at least one wall section extending from the perimeter of the base in order to hold products, with a maximum height of 40 % of the length of the radiation wave emitted by the microwave oven. All the angles formed by the inner part of the receptacle at the intersection of planes between the sections are greater than 90o (tt/2 radians) and these intersections have the form of chamfers with an arcuate section having a radius of at least 0.5 mm, the ends of the arc being at the points at which the planes which intersect in order to form the angles are tangential to the arc. |
