PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an adhesive composition having turbidity prevention performance in which an adhesive film thickly coated with an adhesive layer causes no turbidity if left to stand in a high temperature and humid atmosphere for a long period of time and to provide an adhesive film.SOLUTION: There is provided an adhesive composition which comprises at least one of a nitrogen-containing vinyl monomer containing no hydroxyl group or an alkoxy group-containing alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer and a copolymerizable vinyl monomer containing a hydrogen group and containing no carboxyl group as a functional group. The adhesive composition can further comprise an alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer having an alkyl group having 1 to 14 carbon atoms or a phenoxy group-containing alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer or a crosslinking agent.
