PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement distribution device, advertisement distribution method, and advertisement distribution program which enable an advertisement compatible with various formats to be easily created.SOLUTION: An advertisement distribution device 30 includes: crawl processing means 311 that obtains an advertisement LP that introduces an advertisement target; tag analysis means 312 that analyzes a meta tag contained in the advertisement LP and indicating an advertisement content of the advertisement target; advertisement generation means 352 that generates advertisement data on the basis of the advertisement content corresponding to the meta tag; and advertisement distribution means 353 that distributes the advertisement data to a user terminal.
