PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize duct resistance.SOLUTION: A catheter 1 includes: an outer tube 2; an inner tube 4 coaxially provided inside the outer tube; and a branch part 6 separating the outer tube from the inner tube at one end side. As for a ratio (a cross-sectional area SA of a first lumen/a cross-sectional area SB of a second lumen) of the cross-sectional area of a second lumen 7 formed of the inside of the inner tube, to the cross-sectional area of a first lumen 5 formed of at least the inside of the outer tube and the outside of the inner tube, a value of a cross-sectional ratio at a position inside the branch part is set larger than a value of a cross-sectional ratio at a coaxial position in an extending length direction.
