A food material cleaning device comprises: a main tank (103) in which a first housing space (103a) for storing a cleaning liquid is provided to open upward; a closed-end cylindrical container (102) in which a food material is housed and a plurality of through-holes (114) are formed and which has an opening (106), the container being housed in the main tank such that a gap (108) is formed between the main tank and the container; a supply unit which supplies the cleaning liquid to the main tank; a sub-tank (104) which is disposed to be adjacent to the main tank and in which a second housing space (104a) for storing the cleaning liquid is provided; a liquid guiding unit (105) which guides the cleaning liquid that has overflowed from the first housing space of the main tank to the second housing space, and separates foreign matter from the cleaning liquid; and a back flow injection unit (109) which injects the cleaning liquid stored in the sub-tank into the first housing space and is provided with a pump (110) having a suction port and a discharge port for the cleaning liquid to suck the cleaning liquid in the second housing space from the suction port and discharge the cleaning liquid from the discharge port, and an injection nozzle (115) for injecting the cleaning liquid discharged from the discharge port of the pump into the first housing space. |
