A display panel and a method of manufacturing the display panel. The display panel comprises a substrate (101), an organic light-emitting diode display device (103), a cover plate (102), a light-shielding member (104) and sealing glues (105); the substrate (101) is provided with a first surface; the organic light-emitting diode display device (103) is arranged on the first surface; the cover plate (102) is provided with a second surface, the substrate (101) and the cover plate (102) are integrally combined in a superposing manner, and the first surface and the second surface are arranged opposite to each other; the light-shielding member (104) is arranged on the second surface; and the sealing glues (105) are arranged between the substrate (101) and the cover plate (102). |
