The present invention relates to a composition for preventing and treating hyperlipidemia and hypertension. The composition is prepared through the following steps of: individually compressing black sesame, walnuts and safflower seeds, extracting and filtering oil and fat components, and mixing the same; and putting water as much as the amount of the oil and fat components obtained in the above step, separating the same by each raw material element by performing instant heat treatment at ultra-high temperatures, and dehydrating the separated raw material elements. Therefore, a novel oil-in-water type water-soluble cooking oil can be manufactured, and a composition for preventing and treating hyperlipidemia and hypertension, containing the same as an active ingredient, can be provided. In addition, a novel cooking oil made of natural materials which is nontoxic and does not cause side effects to the human body or develop resistance can be provided. |
