The present invention relates to a three-dimensional solid oxide fuel cell ensuring minimization of volume of a stack, and to a production method thereof. according to the present invention, the production method comprises the following steps: producing a three-dimensional mask on a substrate; sequentially forming an anode, an electrolyte, and a cathode on the substrate so as to produce a three-dimensional end cell; removing both the mask and the substrate from the end cell; and producing a stack by sequentially stacking the end cell and a flat connection plate. According to the present invention, by improving structure of the connection plate and the end cell in the solid oxide fuel cell, embodiment of a stack with increased reaction area while having the same volume is possible as well as improvement in the performance. Furthermore, there seems to also be an advantage in terms of heat control. |
