<p>A dispensing system includes a housing that removably supports a dispenser from which a material is dispensed. The dispensing system includes a retention structure movably supported with respect to the housing. The retention structure is movable between an opened position, and a closed position. The dispensing system includes a locking structure supported by the housing. The locking structure is movable between a first position, in which the locking structure does not engage the retention structure such that the retention structure is movable from the closed position to the opened position. The locking structure is movable between a second position, in which the locking structure engages the retention structure such that the retention structure is not movable from the closed position to the opened position in the absence of a keying structure engaging the retention structure. A method for operating a dispensing system is provided.</p> |
