<p>The installation (1) has a lift cage carrier (2) arranged in a travel space (3). Lift cages (10, 11) are arranged in the lift cage carrier. A drive unit (14) is coupled to the lift cage carrier. An adjusting device (40) includes traction devices arranged on opposite sides of a drive roller (15), which is driven by the drive unit for adjusting spacing between the lift cages. The lift cages are adjusted in opposite adjustment directions by the drive unit. Adjustment distance of the liftcages relative to the lift cage carrier is approximately equal to each other.</p> |
