The present invention relates to a Functional egg tray production method using white ionic mineral (SY2220) extracted from Yanggu Bangsan White-Kaolin and functional egg tray produced thereby. An existing egg tray has been produced by dissolving waste paper, and freshness of eggs is diminished and contaminated due to harmful substances generated from the waste paper. However, by mixing white ionic mineral (SY2220) which is a material emitting anions and far-infrared ray and is also a porous micromatter with large specific surface area, the freshness of egg increases owing far-infrared ray and anions, and harmful substances are absorbed and eliminated by applying the properties of being porous. Thus, the present invention is intended to maintain freshness of eggs and eliminate contaminants therefrom. |
