An ultra-thin polarization plate and a liquid crystal display device comprising the same are provided. According to the present invention, a protection film is attached to one side of a polarizer, and an adhesive layer is formed on the other side of the polarizer. The adhesive layer is made of an adhesive composition comprising an acrylic copolymer where an ionic functional group is fixated. According to the present invention, the ultra-thin polarization plate can show excellent antistatic properties, and excellent durability and optical properties under harsh conditions like high temperature and high humidity.
