Disclosed is a test bed for measuring insulator strength with a hydraulic lifter. According to an aspect of the present invention, a test bed for a transmission tower insulator comprises: a frame separated into a first and a second space portion; base plates which have a lug at one side thereon, are disposed at the first and the second space portion, respectively and form a surface of the frame; an H-beam formed at one side of the base plate disposed at the first space portion; a movable trolley comprising a coupling member disposed at an upper end of the H-beam and provided with a plurality of bolts to mount all sorts of lifting gears; and a hydraulic lifter mounted on the movable trolley to measure a proof stress of an insulator.
