FIELD: physics, computer engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention describes an execution method and a universal electronic card and smart card system. The system comprises receiving, through a smart card, a control sub-application creation method from the operating platform of a card issuer; decoding the message according to a pre-stored card issuer confidential data encryption key; obtaining control sub-application data and creating a sub-application based on the control sub-application data, wherein an enterprise control key is within the control sub-application data; and receiving a non-control sub-application creation message from the operating platform of an enterprise; decoding the non-control sub-application message based on an encryption key of confidential data within the enterprise control key; obtaining non-control sub-application data and creating a non-control sub-application based on the non-control sub-application data; wherein the control sub-application is used to authorise creation and control of the non-control sub-application.EFFECT: creating a control sub-application in an electronic card through a universal electronic card system.16 cl, 9 dwg, 1 tbl |
