FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: method of production of humic substance comprises preliminary hydrodynamic water treatment, grinding peat, and preparing of water and peat suspension, ozonisation of water and peat suspension, exposure to alkaline reagent, cavitation, hydration and separation of the liquid fraction, at that the amount of the alkaline agent required for treatment of the peat and water suspension is determined by the neutralisation reaction of the aqueous suspension of peat (in the ratio of 1:3) with caustic potash pH 6.5-7.5.
