A composition having a resistivity less than 12 ohm/cm3 comprises 20 to 40% by weight of emulsion polyvinylchloride, 15 to 50% by weight of plasticizer, and 15 to 50% by weight of furnace carbon black whose particles are incapable of passing a 400 mesh screen, the aggregate content of polyvinyl chloride, plasticizer, and carbon black being at least 95%. Other ingredients specified are cadmium-barium mixed stearates, epoxy resin, calcium stearate and a mineral oil. |
