<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic light information providing system and an information providing device which, even if a traffic light performs traffic-actuated control, can estimate the number of seconds remaining after termination of traffic sensing. <P>SOLUTION: Based on first provisional signal information received in a reception unit 32, a generation unit 36 generates third provisional signal information specifying display time of the same light color in successive steps by duration. Also, the generation unit 36 generates second provisional signal information excluding display time with duration until an optional changeable step from display time including duration of the first provisional signal information received in the reception unit 32. A control unit 31 causes a transmission unit 33 to transmit the third provisional signal information generated by the generation unit 36 so as to provide the third provisional signal information for an in-vehicle apparatus at start time of a first step in the successive steps. Also, the control unit 31 causes the transmission unit 33 to transmit the second provisional signal information generated by the generation unit 36 so as to provide the second provisional signal information for the in-vehicle apparatus each time after termination of the changeable step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
