<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip type resistor being mounted on a printed circuit board and having a wide electrode spacing even if the resistance is low, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The chip type resistor comprises a resistor 11 configured with a metal plate, a first electrode 12 having one end 12a the lower surface of which is bonded to a first plane 11a of the resistor 11, and a second electrode 13 having the upper surface bonded to a second plane 11b of the resistor 11 on the reverse side of the first plane 11a. The other end 12b of the first electrode 12 is folded downward, and the tip 12c thereof is folded so that the lower surface of the first electrode 12 is flush with the lower surface of the second electrode 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
