PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable call connection in favor of a signal from a specific IP telephone terminal.SOLUTION: In a session control server 7', the reception port of a signal is multiplexed dynamically, and only a specific edge router 5' is notified of a destination change instruction for instructing transfer of a signal from a specific IP telephone terminal 3' to a new emergency operational port by the multiplexing. In the specific edge router 5', only the transfer destination of a signal from the specific IP telephone terminal 3' is rewritten to the emergency operational port based on the destination change instruction thus notified. |
