<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inhibitor of blood GIP concentration rise in which the blood GIP (Gastric Inhibitory Polypeptide) concentration rise is effectively controlled, and thereby which is useful for the decrease, prevention, improvement, moderation or treatment of crisis risk of slow digestion; digestion promotion; and the decrease, prevention, improvement, moderation or treatment of crisis risk of obesity or insulin resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The inhibitor of blood GIP concentration rise includes a polyglutamic acid in which a carboxyl group of a γ position and an amino group of an α position of glutamic acid are peptide-bonded and at least 50% of a hydrogen atom of the carboxyl group is substituted with potassium, as an active constituent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
