The present invention addresses the problem of providing a seismic isolation stand which can easily be used as a seismic isolation stand for a large device, and which can have a simplified structure and can easily be assembled. The present invention is equipped with: a base plate (2) provided with two dish-shaped recesses (21); a moving plate (3) provided with two dish-shaped recesses (31); two steel balls (4) arranged between the dish-shaped recesses (21) of the base plate (2) and the dish-shaped recesses (31) of the moving plate (3); a retainer (5) comprising two connected retaining plates (51, 52) that sandwich the steel balls (4) from above and below; a base-plate-side bridge (23) that is affixed to the base plate (2) and passes by the top side of the lower retaining plate (51) between the two steel balls (4); and a movable-plate-side bridge (33) that is affixed to the moving plate (3) and passes by the underside of the upper retaining plate (52) between the two steel balls (4). |
