PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet printer that can wipe off ink sticking to a liquid droplet ejection surface without causing damage thereto.SOLUTION: The inkjet printer includes a pressure roller 30 that is arranged on a side opposite to the liquid droplet ejection surface 10a of an inkjet head 10 relative to a conveyor belt 18, and a roller drive mechanism 31 that moves the pressure roller 30 in a direction of the liquid droplet ejection surface 10a while pushing the pressure roller 30 on the conveyor belt 18 to press the same on the liquid droplet ejection surface 10a. While the conveyor belt 18 remains suspended from running, the pressure roller 30 is moved with a roller drive mechanism 31 while being pressed on the conveyor belt 18, causing the ink sticking to the liquid droplet ejection surface 10a to be wiped off with the conveyor belt 18 pressed on the liquid droplet ejection surface 10a. |
