<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet head that can control deterioration in drive. <P>SOLUTION: A piezoelectric body 41 is formed with a lead zirconate titanate whose crystalline structure is tetragonal, and has a drive part 41a overlapping an individual electrode 43 and a non-drive part 41b at the external periphery in a range in which the piezoelectric body is installed in a pressurizing chamber 31 in a plane view. In a X-ray diffraction method for measuring the intensity of an X-ray reflected by irradiating the principal surface 41s of the piezoelectric body 41 with the X-ray of CuKα, a peak intensity ratio (002)/(200) corresponding to a (002) surface and a (200) surface is measured by performing the method while changing the irradiation angle of the X-ray toward the principal surface 41s in a side view of a principal surface 41s by making the X-ray irradiation direction in the plane view of the principal surface 41s as the radiation direction with the drive part 41a as a center is set to be 1.0 or smaller in the non-drive 41b part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
