The device (1) has a control/regulating portion (2) comprising a driving route setting unit (14) for setting a driving route. A weather information display unit (13) displays information about raincloud preceding raincloud and successive raincloud in the set route on a navigation display screen (20) over a predetermined time. A driving schedule-time setting unit (7) changes a driving schedule-time of an own vehicle. The display unit displays positional information of a motor vehicle in the set route and the information about rainclouds in the set route on the screen based on the schedule-time. The control/regulating portion is designed as a CPU of a mobile communication terminal e.g. smartphone and mobile telephone. The navigation display screen is designed as an LCD. |
