<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for treating radioactive substance-containing effluent that can render effluent in a nuclear power equipment including radioactive substances harmless. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is a water processing method that can make radioactive substance-containing effluent no harm, the method comprising: a reverse osmosis membrane filtration step of processing radioactive substance-containing effluent with a reverse osmotic membrane; and a fulvic acid processing step of adding fulvic acid into the radioactive substance-containing effluent. There is also provided a device for treating radioactive substance-containing effluent, the device comprising: a reverse osmosis membrane filtration device which processes the radioactive substance-containing effluent with a reverse osmosis membrane; and fulvic acid processing means which adds fulvic acid into the radioactive substance-containing effluent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
