According to the present invention, disclosed is a boil-off gas processing apparatus of a liquefied natural gas storage system. The boil-off gas processing apparatus of the liquefied natural gas storage system according to the present invention has a configuration of adjusting flow rate of a fuel gas for turbine operation in order to meet a flux condition required in a gas turbine in case of using a boil-off gas of the liquefied natural gas storage system as the fuel gas for turbine operation by supplying the boil-off gas to a gas turbine. Therefore, the present invention can maintain a specific pressure of the fuel gas for turbine operation continuously (for example : a mixture gas of the fuel gas provided from the liquefied natural gas storage system located at a different place from the boil-off gas) to be used in the gas turbine.
