METHOD FOR SEPARATING PUTATIVE STEM CELLS IN MAMMAL

The present invention relates to a method for obtaining putative stem cells (PSCs) from ovaries in mammals, which establishes and obtains PSCs by cultivating ovarian cells separated from ovaries of adult pigs in a DMEM-F12 medium and a medium comprising a stem cell factor (SCF). The method is capable of separating and refining the PSCs from ovaries in mammals by a simple and convenient method.
