The present invention relates to a seat back latch which comprises: a base plate having an opening portion into which a striker coupled to a vehicle body is inserted; a locking plate rotationally coupled to one surface of the base plate, and preventing the striker inserted into the opening portion from being left; a pole rotationally coupled to the base plate, protrusion- fixing the locking plate, and maintaining a locking state; and an operation unit coupled to a gap between the base plate and the pole to operate the pole so as to release the locking of the locking plate. Therefore, an adjustment member is configured to be pulled in a bar-shaped elastic member for an elastic force to be generated by pulling the adjustment member, thereby simplifying a structure to reduce costs. |
