[Also in Division A4] A drawing board easel Fig. 6, comprises a base 10, a frame 9 pivotally mounted on the base, and a support member 11 hinged to the frame at 13 and selectively engageable in catches 14 in the base 10. A drawing board (1, Fig. 1), has parallel guide bars (2) with wedge-shaped locking members (4, Fig. 4). The locking members are normally spring-biased to engage the side members of the frame 9, and can be released by operating levers (8). The board is provided with a straight edge (17, Fig. 7), with a cord-pulley mechanism giving parallel motion.
