<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flooring material having both an impact absorptivity for mitigating injuries due to falling and a scratch resistance on a surface thereof due to dents at a higher level compared with a flooring material attained by conventional techniques. <P>SOLUTION: The flooring material laminates a decorative sheet on a surface side of a plate-like member and a cushion layer on a backside of the plate-like member. The decorative sheet has at least an ultraviolet-curable acrylic surface protective layer, a transparent homo polypropylene resin layer whose isotactic pentad content is higher than 95%, and a pattern layer.
