<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a labor-saving method for damagelessly purifying and concentrating stem cells derived from animal (including humans) and ES cells, iPS cells, marrow stem cells and somatic stem cells from other cells. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises the following process: by combining such two means as to use, as stem cell's indicators, a cell-detective/isolating apparatus installed with a long-wavelength laser device and a highly safe long-wavelength fluorescent coloring matter having been used for liver examinations from old times, stem cells that have been very difficult to attain the present purpose are detected, isolated, purified and concentrated safely, in high selectivity and inexpensively in easy operability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
