<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal movement stopper for a vehicle body which can properly maintain the maximum allowable horizontal movement of the vehicle body regardless of the state of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The horizontal movement stopper 100 for the vehicle body regulates the relatively movable range of the vehicle body 10 with respect to carriage frames 21 in a horizontal direction. The horizontal movement stopper includes: a fixing stopper member 110 provided in one of the vehicle body and the carriage frames; a movable stopper member 120 provided in the other of the vehicle body and the carriage frames, and contacts with the fixing stopper member when the relative movement between the vehicle body and the carriage frames in the horizontal direction reaches a predetermined maximum allowable movement; and a movable stopper member driving means 130 for driving the movable stopper member so that the maximum allowable movement changes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
