<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging laminate capable of preventing the contamination of a content from a residual solvent when used especially for an infusion bag and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The packaging laminate 100 includes a base material layer 10 and a sealant layer 30, which are laminated on each other.
