PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine that can prevent a slot from being covered by inter-phase insulation paper at the time of coil insertion.SOLUTION: A first plane part 17 includes: an upper side first salient 22 protruding toward a first central opening 16 at a right lower part; an upper side arc part 23 that is provided next to the upper side first salient 22 and concave to upward; an upper side first mountain-folded line 26 which is formed at an angle from a base end part 24 to a tip central part 25 on the upper side first salient 22, and part of which is mountain-folded; and an upper side first valley-folded line 27 which is formed vertical such that it passes through the central vicinities of the upper side first flat part 17 and the arc part 23 and part of which is valley-folded. The effect is that the first salient is held such that the first salient is positioned at a slot side into which a first coil has been inserted, by the first mountain-folded line. As a result, a slot into which a second coil is inserted can be prevented from being covered by first inter-phase insulation paper, and pulling in the first inter-phase insulation paper by insertion of the second coil can be prevented. |
