摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a ceramic heater with high reliability having an insulation base and a heating element resistor embedded in the insulation base, a method for manufacturing a glow plug having the ceramic heater, the ceramic heater, and the glow plug having the ceramic heater. <P>SOLUTION: A method comprises: a first molded body forming step of forming the first molded body 35 serving as a part of an insulation base 10 by baking; a resistor forming step of injection-molding a mixture KH for a heating element and molding an unbaked heating element resistor 44 integrally with the first molded body 35 with the injection molding method by using the first molded body 35 as a part a resistor mold during forming the unbaked heating element 44 serving as a heating element resistor 11 by baking; and a second molded body forming step of molding a second molded body 64 integrally with the first molded body 35 and the unbaked heating element resistor 44 by using the first molded body 35 and the unbaked heating element resistor 44 as a part of the second molded body mold during forming the second molded body 64 serving as a residue of the insulation base 10 by baking. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
