The present invention relates to a method for preparing coffee, which comprises the following steps: extracting cold brewed coffee; injecting nitrogen into the cold brewed coffee; and cooling the nitrogen-injected coffee. Nitrogen is injected into the cold brewed coffee to maintain the density and flavor of rich crema in iced coffee.
