The present invention is to provide a method, apparatus, and system for approving taking out a printed matter, preventing leakage of the printed matter, and recording information according to whether taking out the printed matter is permitted or not. To this end, a method for preventing leakage of a printed matter by using security papers comprises: a taking-out registration step of allowing a taking-out registration device to generate information on a printed matter of an electronic document, and to transmit the generated information to a taking-out management server so as to register the information; a security printing step of allowing a security printer to print content of the electronic document and a security identifier on a printing paper containing a security material, and to print a security printed matter; and a printed matter taking-out examination step of allowing a leakage detection device to examine whether the security material of the security printed matter exists, to detect the security identifier, and to determine whether the security printed matter is taken out or not. The security identifier includes security information on the printed matter of the electronic document, and the information on the printed matter of the electronic document includes information on a unique value which enables the printed matter to be distinguished. |
