METHOD OF PREPARING A NANOCELLULOSE

The present invention relates to a method for producing nanocellulose, wherein the method comprises: a step of producing a nanocellulose suspension by mixing an aqueous solution of weak acid having a pKa of 4 to less than 7, a metal salt, and cellulose-based materials; and a step of separating the nanocellulose from the suspension. The producing method reduces a producing time and increases a yield at the same time in comparison with an existing producing method, and is an economical and eco-friendly process by using weak acid and the metal salt capable of being substituted for strong acid.
