Two members 11, 11<SP>1</SP> pivotably hinged at 13 are locked in the extended position by means of a spring urged lock member 14 having a long prong 32 and a shorter prong 33 which extend into openings 21, 21<SP>1</SP> respectively, of the hinged members. The members are folded by depressing the prong 32 and rotating the members about the pin 13, the prong 32 being released during the folding. Fig. 3 illustrates how the surface 36 of the lock member 14 and the flat end 16<SP>1</SP> of the hinge member 111, coact to force the lock member 14 downwardly prior to locking. |
