The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing composite yarn and composite yarn manufactured by the same manufacturing method, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing composite yarn and composite yarn manufactured by the same manufacturing method, wherein the composite yarn is manufactured by mixing dyed yarn of various colors with yarn so a dyeing process may be skipped and yarn of the same color may be repetitively obtained, and water and compressed air are supplied to yarn during manufacturing so adhesion of the yarn is drastically enhanced and the composite yarn is easily manufactured. In the present invention, provided is the method for manufacturing the composite yarn and the composite yarn manufactured by the same manufacturing method, wherein the method comprises the following steps of: supplying the dyed yarn and the yarn to a creel frame of a composite manufacturing machine (S1); moving the dyed yarn and the yarn, supplied to the creel frame, to a water supplier via an affect roller and a core roller and absorbing moisture (S2); moving the dyed yarn and the yarn, in which the moisture is absorbed, to an air supplier and performing a mixing operation (S3); moving the dyed yarn and the yarn, mixed with each other, to a stabilizing roller and stabilizing the dyed yarn and the yarn (S4); and winding the composite yarn, acquired via the stabilizing step, around a drum and finishing manufacturing the composite yarn (S5). |
