摘要 FIELD: aircraft engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for the Earth and spaceship protection against asteroid-comet danger (ACD). Spaceship with observation hardware built around the telescopes, primary image processing and continuous two-way radio communication is placed in orbit. Said observation hardware is mounted at the Moon and said telescopes are timed by the universal time scale. The observation hardware main optical axis of every spaceship is located at the Lagrange points. Coelosphere is scanned to get its sections images. The coordinates and luster of observed celestial objects are defined. The images with fixed new celestial objects are received and processed at the ground control station. The ACD monitoring objects IAC is used to collect, process, analyze, systemize, catalogue and store the data on ACD objects. The dynamics of celestial body displacement in time and space is constructed. The celestial bodies orbits are computed. The updated data on refined parameters of observed celestial bodies are transmitted to the user. The danger degree is evaluated by mathematical procedure built around the criterion of a mean risk minimum and depending on the false alarm costs, no-collision probability, false alarm conditional probability, weight multiplier, collision damages costs, collision miss conditional probability, density of the Earth or spaceship position in space, ratios between plausibility, and the density of dangerous space object position in space probability.
