<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a pre-cured tread, in which scraping off work of the mold contact surface layer rubber for forming the adhesion surface of the pre-cured tread is not needed. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the pre-cured tread includes vulcanizing/molding unvulcanized tread rubber having a planned adhesion surface which becomes the adhesion surface to be vulcanized/stuck to the tread adhesion surface of a base tire to produce the pre-cured tread. The method includes: the steps of vulcanizing/molding two unvulcanized tread rubbers 8, 8 in such a state that the preplanned adhesion surfaces 7, 7 are brought into contact with each other; and separating the two vulcanized/molded pre-cured tread rubbers from each other by cutting them along a boundary between the planned adhesion surface 8a of one 13a of the two vulcanized/molded pre-cured tread rubbers and the planned adhesion surface 8b of the other 13b thereof to produce the pre-cured treads 5, 5 having the cut surfaces as the adhesion surfaces 6, 6, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
