摘要 The present invention relates to an electronic measurement circuit for measuring a physical parameter. The circuit comprises: a measurement sensor (1) including two differential mounted capacitors (C1, C2) each including a fixed electrode and a common electrode, common to the two capacitors (C1, C2) which are arranged to be able to move relative to each fixed electrode of the two capacitors (C1, C2) in order to alter the capacitive value of each capacitor (C1, C2) when the physical parameter is measured. The circuit further comprises a first integrator unit (5) connected to the common electrode for integrating electric charge received from the measurement sensor (1), and including two integrators arranged to be connected alternately to the common electrode; a second integrator unit (7) connected to the first integrator unit (5) for integrating electric charge received from the first integrator unit (5); a comparator (9) for comparing analogue output values from the second integrator unit (7); a switch circuit (3) connected to the measurement sensor (1) for switching different voltage values across the two capacitors; and a feedback circuit (11) for feeding a digital output signal (y) of the comparator (9) to the switch circuit (3) for controlling the operation of the switch circuit (3).
