Introduced is a folding unit for a foldable vehicle, comprising: a floor part which comprises a front floor having a front wheel and a rear floor having a rear wheel and allows a wheel base of a vehicle to be stretched or contracted by allowing the front and rear floors to be overlapped or extended through sliding; a rear cabin part which is located on the rear of the vehicle in a dome shape to form a cabin and has a bottom end hinged to the floor part to be rotated in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and a pinion gear formed on a hinge shaft; and a folding part which has a linear motor prepared on the floor part and a rack gear stretched or contracted in the linear motor to rotate the pinion gear. Therefore, the present invention occupies a minimum space through the folding thereof.
